    Yes! Come visit us at 260 Crandon Blvd Key Biscayne, FL 33149 Suite 41.

    We are open Monday through Saturday 11am to 6pm!

  • When are new arrivals launched?

    We release new arrivals every week in store and online! Some items are in-store exclusive.

  • Where do we ship?

    We ship worldwide! 🤍

    For international orders, please be aware that all packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which MIXTO is not responsible for. Please refer to your local customs website for more information.

  • How long will my order take to ship?

    Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. We will try to ship out as soon as we have processed the order.

  • Shipping + Return Policies

    MIXTO is a small business and weekly we bring new arrivals, so please understand that we can only give a 7 day exchange period.

    We accept items for store credit only. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders.

    Mixto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if delivery by tracking is confirmed to the provided customer’s address.

    We are not responsible for costs related to shipping.
